All work is guaranteed for three years when using materials provided by Cronan Painting Co. (Benjamin Moore or Sherwin Williams). When a customer provides the material the guarantee will be used on our discretion.

Yes. You can provide any materials you may already have or buy any items you like. Please inform us of this prior to any job beginning, as different products may not be subject to our guarantee. Providing your own materials will of course lower the price, but we do not up-charge you for any materials needed. You pay what we pay. So please check with us on our material cost before buying your own supplies, we may be able to save you some money and time.

Typically for most applications, paint or stain, we use Benjamin Moore. On some applications Sherwin Williams will be used. All of our products are top quality paint and stain, most bought from a local paint shop (www.thepaintshoppes.com). We also use Cabot stain, Sikkens stain and a few other high quality products.

Yes. The guarantee is there so it provides you piece of mind. Most paint jobs in the Northeast will last 5-10 years depending on your location and if properly applied.

Interior – Try to make sure any breakable items are stored away. We will move all furniture and items to get the job completed.

Exterior – Make sure all windows and doors are shut for power washing. When painting is started make sure everything is away from the house, bushes, plants ect.
